Attendance to a 90-minutes sales presentation at Omni Cancun Hotel sales center is required. All persons must be married or cohabitating couples between the ages of 28 and 65 years of age. Both husband and wife must attend the sales presentation together. Both must speak either fluent English or Spanish. Must be US, Canada (not French Canadian) or Mexico residents. Combined annual income must be at least $45,000 with a major credit card. Travelers must be employed or self employed. If a traveler is retired, is a hotel employee, airline employee or a travel agent he / she does not qualify. Guests must present a major credit card and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. Not eligible if you have previously toured Omni Cancun Hotel. All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. At check-in a major credit card must be presented for incidentals not included in your package. The package is non-refundable and non transferable. This promotional package cannot be combined with other promotions or incentives. Restaurant Da Vinci is not included and the ocean view room is no guaranteed. This promotional package is sponsored by the Vacation Club that is why attending the Vacation Club Orientation is not optional; the intention is to promote our vacation concept. Failure to do so will result in additional charges up to the full retail value of your package. All couples must attend with spouse. Guest may reschedule a hotel reservation without penalty 15 days prior to the traveler’s anticipated arrival. During the months of March, April, July, August, November and December, rescheduling must be made 20 days before arrival. If a reservation is rescheduled after this window, guest will pay Vacation People a rescheduling fee of one (1) night at $80.00 DLLs per person per night if it is All Inclusive, or $80 USD per night if it is an EP reservation. Changes in dates of reservations can be made at no extra cost, but if a confirmation is issued and the date is changed after, a fee of $25 USD will apply. All changes must be made at least 15 days before arrival, after this timeframe any change of dates will have a penalty of one (1) night fee at $80.00 DLLs per person per night (all inclusive) or $80 USD for EP reservations.
