Required attendance to a 90-minutes VIP Orientation and Tour at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort & Spa that will describe all amenities available to you during your vacation and explain why you might want to participate in a Royal Elite Cacation Club program is required. All persons must be married or cohabitating couples between the ages of 30 and 65 years of age. Both husband and wife must attend the presentation together. Both must speak either fluent English or Spanish. Also elegible single women 30 to 65 years old, gainfully employed with a minimum annual income of $36,000.ºº USD and major credit card. Must be citizens or legal residents of USA, Canada (not French Canadian) or Mexico Only. Participants from USA and Canada must have an annual combined household income of at least $36,000 USD per year. Mexicans $30,000 M.N. monthly income. Participants will be required to present a valid major credit card with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo. A check/debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo is NOT a major credit card, Discover Card and company cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are NOT accepted as major credit card. Travelers must be employed, self employed or retired with qualifying income. If traveler is a hotel employee, airline employee or a travel agent he / she does not qualify. Guests must present a major credit card and valid photo ID at the tour reception desk. Not eligible if you have previously toured Sandos Caracol Eco Resort & Spa. All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. This vacation package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled one time upon 15 days advance notice and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. In the event you cannot travel on your scheduled dates, you must give at least 15 days advance notice of cancellation to avoid “no show” charges. Failure to give 15 day notice will result in forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, simply let us know prior to 15 days of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will be happy to help you select other travel dates within the next six month period. IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Details of Participation, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation, will have charged to their credit card, the current full room rack rate at checkout, in addition to the price already paid for this reservation.
